How long does a detail take?
Our Basic Wash takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Bronze Package runs around 1.5–2 hours.
Silver Package can take 2.5–3.5 hours depending on the vehicle size and condition.
Gold Package usually takes 4–6 hours for a full restoration detail.
Times can vary based on your vehicle’s size and condition.
Do you come to my location?
Yes! FireLine Finish is a mobile detailing service. We bring all the tools and products we need to get your vehicle shining right at your home or workplace.
Prefer to come to us instead? Clients are also welcome to bring their vehicles to our home location for detailing by appointment.
Do you need water or power at my location?
In most cases, no. We’re equipped with our own water tanks and generators, so we can work virtually anywhere.
What’s the difference between your packages?
Each package offers a different level of care:
Basic Wash – Quick exterior wash & interior vacuum
Bronze – Maintenance-level detail for regular upkeep
Silver – Deeper cleaning, added protection, and interior refresh
Gold – Full restoration detail for a like-new look inside and out

Can you remove scratches or stains?
We can handle light swirl marks, minor scratches, and many interior stains with our Silver or Gold Packages. For severe damage, we’ll let you know what’s possible during inspection.
How often should I get my car detailed?
It depends on how you use your vehicle, but every 3–6 months is a great rule of thumb for keeping your ride protected and looking fresh. Our Bronze Package is perfect for regular maintenance between deeper details.
What if it rains on my appointment day?
No worries! We’ll reschedule at no charge. Your satisfaction comes first, and we’ll work with you to find a better day.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments (such as Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal). Let us know your preference when booking.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Gift a detail to a friend, family member, or co-worker. Contact us for custom gift certificate options.
